Right now I'm building AI production systems for people who make ad creative (ad editors, UGC producers, in-house creatives). I'm building this differently because the tools generate fast but don't take direction on their own, not because I've already proven it works. I'm documenting it as I go: what holds up, what costs more than it looks like, and what I'd tell someone starting from scratch.
