Hi, I’m Xavier. My wife and I left Singapore for Chiang Mai to build a different kind of life. Now we’re raising our son Reyon here.
I’m obsessed with AI and automation. I believe AI won’t replace humans, but it will replace humans who don’t use AI. I use AI to create systems that work without me, and I write about what I learn along the way.
(I’m also a huge One Piece fan. Don’t ask me about it unless you have an hour.)

Most agencies I talk to have the same pattern. They spend money getting leads, close a few, and wonder where the rest went.
When I dig in, I usually find the same problems:
